The cost for a simple Will, Durable Power of Attorney, and Health Care Directive is $300.00 for a single person, and $400.00 for a couple and their family.  The price includes a simple children's trust.  Extra charges will apply for additional trusts if needed.

You may find that this price is very low in comparison to other attorney's fees.  We are able to charge low rates because we keep our overhead costs low.  We direct most of our resources to legal training, quality representation, and customer service.  We do not spend resources on non-essentials, luxurious offices, or expensive advertising.

You may find that the price is high compared to "do-it-yourself" methods or on-line Will preparation.  Be wary of "do-it-yourself" Will documents because there are many pitfalls for the non-attorney who is not aware of the law.  Also, be very cautious about using on-line Will preparation companies who prepare your Will for you instantly.  Make sure that an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Washington is the one preparing your will.  Also, make sure that you have the opportunity to ask an attorney questions about the Will as you are filling it out.

You will have peace of mind with this law office because you can check with the Washington State Bar Association, the organization responsible for the licensing and discipline of attorneys in Washington State, to make sure that the attorney is in good standing with the State Bar.
